Privacy Policy

TLDR:
I collect what I need to do good work for you. I don’t sell your data. Depending on the project, I may use third-party services that have their own privacy practices. Here’s the breakdown.
What Information I Collect
When You Contact Me
When you reach out about a project, I collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and details about your project or idea. This helps me understand what you need and respond appropriately.
When We Work Together
During a project, I may collect additional information depending on the work: business details (for branding/strategy work), content and assets you provide, login credentials for services I’m helping you manage (stored securely), and billing information for invoicing.
Website Visitors
When you visit martinit.ca, I may collect basic analytics like pages visited, referral source, and general location (city-level). I use privacy-focused analytics that don’t track individuals or use cookies for advertising.
